GAOPÉ is a marketplace that brings together a selection of independent brands.
Concretely, this means that each order is shipped directly by the partner brand concerned, from its own workshops or warehouses — and not from a centralized GAOPÉ warehouse.

If your cart contains items from several different brands, you will therefore receive several packages, each shipped separately by the corresponding brand.

Products are shipped within 7 business days from the confirmation of your order. This timeframe corresponds to the time required for the partner brand to prepare and package your parcel before handing it over to the carrier.

For made-to-order items, meaning items crafted specifically after your purchase rather than being already in stock, the production and shipping time may be longer. This is always indicated on the product page, even before you confirm your cart, so you can anticipate the delivery date.

As soon as your package leaves the hands of the partner brand, a shipping confirmation email is automatically sent to you, along with a tracking number. This number allows you to track the real-time progress of your package to your door, directly from our order tracking page.

Delivery is free of charge from GAOPÉ for all your orders, regardless of the partner brand concerned.

Products can be delivered to all countries in the European Union. Any delivery restrictions are indicated on the product page.

In accordance with European distance selling regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not need to provide any justification: you can simply change your mind, without having to explain your decision to us or to the partner brand.

Once you have initiated your return request, you will send the package directly to the relevant partner brand (and not to GAOPÉ), as they handle the receipt and inspection of returns for their own products. For the return to be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all their tags still attached.

Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, you have an additional 14 calendar days to physically ship your return package to the brand.

No: when exercising your legal right of withdrawal (within the 14-day period), return shipping costs are fully covered and free of charge. Therefore, you do not have to pay anything to return an item that does not suit you.

Following the right of withdrawal, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package by the brand or communication of proof of its return, whichever comes first, using the same payment method as that used for your order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including custom-made parts), nor to hygiene articles unsealed after delivery.
