3. Platform Purpose
GAOPÉ is a selective online marketplace dedicated to the sale of clothing and fashion accessories manufactured in one or more European Union states. The Platform connects independent European brands ("Sellers") with consumers ("Users").
GAOPÉ acts exclusively as an intermediary connecting Sellers and Users and is not a Seller of the Products.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Platform (photographs, videos, texts, artistic direction, graphic charter, GAOPÉ logo and brand) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of GAOPÉ or are subject to licenses granted to GAOPÉ.
The GAOPÉ brand is protected by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in classes 25, 35, and 41.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of the Platform's content without prior written authorization from GAOPÉ is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
5. Personal Data
GAOPÉ processes Users' personal data as a data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
