Report illicit content

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a single market for digital services (Digital Services Act), GAOPÉ provides you with this reporting mechanism for any content or product that you consider illicit or non-compliant.

What can you report?

— A product whose manufacturing origin seems fraudulent or incompatible with the GAOPÉ Commitment Charter

— A product counterfeiting a brand or infringing intellectual property rights

— A dangerous product or one that does not comply with current regulations

— Any other content unlawful under French or European law

How to report?

Send your report to: contact@gaope.fr

Email subject: [DSA REPORT]

Please include the following in your message:

— The URL of the product or content concerned

— The nature of the problem (fraudulent origin, counterfeiting, dangerous product, other)

— A precise description of the reason for your report

— Your contact details (name, email address)  

Processing of your report

GAOPÉ acknowledges receipt of the request and undertakes to process each report diligently, to inform you of the follow-up actions, and to justify any decision to remove or maintain the reported content. The traceability of our moderation decisions is ensured in accordance with DSA requirements.
